About Me
As a Supply Chain and Quality Executive with over 20 years of corporate and leadership experience, I know exactly what it feels like to be ambitious, accomplished, and truly grateful — and still sensing that something's been quietly missed. I've spent my career mastering strategy, execution, and developing high-performing teams. And I know firsthand how easy it is to build a life that looks great on paper while something deeper goes unheard and untended.
The realization — that I was running on autopilot despite every outward marker of success — is what led me to coaching. I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through an ICF-accredited program, and I bring the rigor of my corporate background, the depth of my leadership experience, and the lived experience of doing this work myself. I know this terrain because I've navigated it. I've improved the way I lead, the way I show up, and how I move through every area of my life.
My coaching is grounded in a deep belief that fulfillment isn't a luxury — it's the point. I partner with women to get clear on what drives them, align with what matters most, and move forward with intention.
